Jillian + I are firm believers in fate and that everything happens for a reason.  After reading how Michelle + Marshall met I knew it wasn’t a coincidence. :)  Michelle attended a New Year’s Eve party hosted by Marshall and she accidentally left her peacoat at his house which caused them to keep in contact.  The following December of 2012 Marshall proposed and the wedding planning began!  Yesterday we featured Michelle + Marshall’s rehearsal dinner at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum on the blog.  I was so happy to be invited to photograph their rehearsal and met a lot of their close friends and family.  After seeing how everyone connected and shared the joy for Michelle + Marshall I knew that the next day was going to be a celebration to remember.

Jillian + I headed to the Inn at Perry Cabin to meet up with Michelle + the girls on the sunny morning of April 26th.  The streets of downtown St. Michaels were fluttering about with visitors in town for the wine festival but nestled + tucked away on the West side of the Inn we found Michelle surrounded by her beautiful ladies. :)  Natasha Mohammed from Rodi Hair Salon was styling hair and Georgia Mechlin was applying finishing make-up touches.  Jillian headed over to meet up with Marshall and the guys and we all reunited at Christ Church.  Family + friends filled the 200 year old church as Michelle + Marshall exchanged vows.  After walking through a curtain of bubbles as they headed for the limo, guests headed back to the Inn to party!  With corn hole, croquet and the upbeat sounds of 410 (four ten) rolling over the lawn everyone enjoyed the sunshine and hors devours.  Amaryllis Floral + Event Design made the Commodore Room absolutely gorgeous and we all made our way over there for dinner and dancing.  After Michelle + Marshall shared their first dance as a married couple, Tim Tyler & Lane from Music Garden got the dance floor moving with their rock piano + guitar.  Guests provided a beautiful glow stick archway to send Michelle + Marshall off at the end of the evening.  Jillian and I are so happy we could be apart of your big day!  It was so wonderful to see the visions of Julianne + Mindy at SOIREE. unfold for your wedding!  Oh, and GO WAR EAGLES! :)
