I’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating. I LOVE my clients!! I especially love when I am able to document my couple’s lives from their wedding day to their pregnancy to their growing family. erika & josh are a perfect example – I shot their wedding a few years back and once they learned they were having a baby, erika excitedly came into the palette to share their big news. while we didn’t get an opportunity to do a maternity session, I photographed them last year when their daughter hayden was aboout a year old. so obviously I was really excited when they contacted me again this year to do a beach shoot.

because of schedules and weather, we ended up shooting the session on my birthday. so after we were done, erika and josh asked me to follow them back to their house where they had a CAKE for me – how cool is that?!?! I can’t wait for the next session with your wonderful family – hopefully a maternity session is in our near future
